Aleida became a Registered Nurse in 1993 and completed her Holistic Health Practioner Certification in 1998. As a co founder of A.C.T. she realized there was a missing link in the traditional healthcare system which is why she broadened her horizons to Holistic Modalities. Presently Aleida takes care of all the Administrative duties associated with the business, however she will return to bodywork in the future. She is a Lymphedema and Neuromuscular Specialist specializing in Geratric and Immune comprimised systems. Aleida acts as a great medical resource for the patients and with her vast network of medical colleagues she is able to facilitate in patients seeking the right medical professional. She is a wife and a mother of 4 of which all play Hockey. She is very involved in the community and is team Manager for several of the Hockey Teams. Aleida has a passion in life  to ensure all her families, friends and patients needs are fully met. She rarely has time for herself but when she does you can usually find her with a book in hand.
